Going frictionless
Today's post by Robb Knight reminded me how much interaction with our phones has changed over the years.
T9 was not good, but before it was even worse.
Writing on our phones was a real pain, so we all learned to be concise and use acronyms when writing our SMS texts.
Nowadays, technology is rightly becoming more frictionless, but there is a dark side effect: we get too much content, like never-ending voice messages and chats.
The past was not better, but the present is not bright either.
